St. Peter's Prep Update. The August hearing date was postponed and hasn't been rescheduled. The school is/was suing in an attempt to overturn the 2022 decision made by the Zoning Board where they agreed to keep in place the ruling made by Historic Preservation in 2019 which stated that the Prep was not allowed to demolish their historic Civil War-era buildings.

Please reach out to city officials, because allowing St. Peter's to demolish these historic buildings will affect all historic districts. The HPHA has already spent $23k to fight the demolition. Your tax-deductible donation will enable the HPHA, a registered 501c3 organization, to continue the fight. You can donate HERE
