Mobilize and Setup:  3:00AM-4:00AM

Pouring Operation:  4:00AM-8:00PM

Breakdown and Cleanup:  8:00PM-10:00PM

 

These times are approximate and weather dependent. This special operation has been coordinated with the Jersey City Department of Buildings and Jersey City Office of Emergency Management.
