Join Lauren Siegel from Liberty Pilates at 9:00 AM for a moderate workout focused on improving posture, strength, flexibility and stability while being easy on the joints. Sessions will incorporate a variety of calisthenics, pilates and dynamic stretching exercises which can be modified for all levels. This is a free event.
