When you’re ready to go forward in building a successful business, it might be challenging to choose the best, most appropriate next step. I want to delve deeper into that subject for your readers.

Could I write an article for your website about how to determine what your company should do next? I’ll go over the points to consider, budgeting concerns, where to get good advice, and more.

If you are interested, please respond and share your thoughts with me. I’m eager to begin the writing process.

    Best regards,

    Amy Collett |

P.S. Interested in the offer, but perhaps for a different topic? No problem, just reply and we can figure something else out! Or, if you’d rather not hear from me again, just let me know that.

    Hi again,

I wanted to touch base regarding the guest article proposal I sent your way. Writing for your site about self-care for children is something I’m genuinely interested in.

I’m curious to know if you’d consider posting my article should I send it over. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Best wishes,

    Brad Krause of

Be the best you that you can be.

P.S. Reply with “New topics, please,” if you’re open to receiving an article but didn’t like the above suggestion. And just let me know if you don’t wish to hear from me again.

If you’re still deciding what day to have it, March 30 is not good for me. We have a family Easter 🐣 lunch in Monroe, NY that day, and it would be difficult to do both events—since we’re going by train. Any possibility of having it in April…so it doesn’t compete with the Easter holidays? Last year it was in April. It’s such a lovely event and I wouldn’t want to miss it. Thank you 🙏 for your consideration.

Good Morning, I am inquiring about the status of St Peter’s Grammar School and the demolition process. I graduated the Class of 1980. I lived with my grandparents John and Anna Ripke on Wayne Street. My father John and Uncle Carl both went and graduated from St Peters. During my high school years I moved back to my mom in Paterson but for a brief time my junior year when I returned after my grandfather’s death. Every year on my birthday I ride into the city and stop at the places that were special to me as a child. During my high school years and after, I returned for church and just because I missed home. I was broken hearted when the church was sold to Prep. I still occasionally went back for mass. In 2015 I was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and recently diagnosed with cancer, hopefully they got it all. Throughout my trials and celebrations a trip HOME was always on the agenda. I still return. The happiest times of my life were spent in Jersey City and so I return to my happy place during my worst times for assurance all will be well. So far I have been lucky. God is good. I miss the church and would be heartbroken not to be able to see the school on my trips in. We were a poor school in a poor neighborhood and this demolition goes against the Jesuit teachings on poverty. This church and school are a part of my history, my foundation. The core of who I became and am. Can Prep not spare the school? To see what’s become of the church is insensitive enough. These building might be old and useless to some but to past students and residents like me they are a part of our being. I understand sometimes progress means moving forward but it is also motivated by looking back.. In my darkest I have driven in to spend time by those buildings and the waterfront and come away relieved and hopeful. Thank you for your work.

I was at the fireworks last night on the Maurice Cannell Peninsula. It was a wonderful evening. However, this morning when I woke up and walked out onto the Peninsula, it was littered with firework, Reminence and beer cans. Who do we call to complain about this and have this cleaned up before the winds blow and make it all into the harbor killing are birds and fish?

ProNova Partners would like to collaborate with you on the sale of your business ASAP. Buyer demand is sky-high for our offerings – we closed ALMOST ALL of the new engagements we were hired for nationwide in 2021 despite the pandemic. Valuations are ridiculous {STILL}, our closing timeframes are short, and the good times I’m afraid won’t last forever. Interest rates will rise eventually, which will make it increasingly harder for Buyers to leverage up & pay 4-9x (PLUS) NET income on the best opportunities, plus there lies the possiblity of long term capital gains taxes on the sale of your business nearly doubling in 2023 possibly….The time is now!

If you’re interested in selling or just checking in on the valuation of your enterprise, please feel free to reach out to me directly to book an appointment {CONFIDENTIALLY} to explore further:

On our end – we had 33 closings in 2021, with a dozen more (ranging from $150k to $25MM all-cash) closings scheduled by October 1st and we’re running low on salable inventory again. M&A marches onward despite these uncertain times!!

I’d ideally like to take some time to begin a discussion on the sale of your Company & we can commence ‘packaging’ this opportunity together so we can hopefully go to market and close by year-end. If you disagree, for whatever reason, hopefully just give me a follow up date that you think makes sense and I can circle back with you at that time.

    But why ProNova Partners?

    - We have plenty of cash buyers that are active & decisive acquirers for good inventory.

    - We possess the network and the experiences to orchestrate virtually any transaction from initial consultation to the close of escrow in a timely manner.

    - We pay for upgraded advertising which in turn ensures maximum exposure to your business far beyond our company database of 32,294+ buyers looking for interesting targets.

    - We specialize in highly-sensitive and confidential sales and recognize its importance, therefore all buyers have an NDA on file with us.

    - We work together with our highly skilled team to produce top-tier marketing materials and pitch books that impel buyers to write offers.

    - We are experts in valuation – by applying the correct valuation strategy to your firm, we can therefore negotiate the highest possible price for your business.

    - We understand the importance of time to close, and considering all of the above we also have an average 90 days to close for our buyers / sellers.

    - We are a success fee firm, unless we close the transaction for you, there is no charge to you.

How will you re-invent your life after you sell? Find out now to discover the five essential questions you must answer before exiting your company by visiting my homepage:

What’s your magic #? What’s your exit plan strategy? What are you waiting for?

Some of our recent new engagements just listed from ’Q2 include:

$9MM+ gross income rapidly expanding homebuilder solar panel company, submit the NDA HERE————>

$4MM+ NET INCOME Tech-first design-build construction company for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

$10MM+ gross income branded Oklahoma residential & commercial construction & developer with a portfolio of lots already owned, submit the NDA HERE————>

$4MM+ NET INCOME wholesale lumber operation, submit the NDA HERE————>

$2MM+ gross income Florida window and shutter business for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

$500k+ NET INCOME innovative roofing company for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

$3MM+ gross income kitchen, bath, whole house remodeling firm for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

A Material mixing processing equipment auction with $1.2MM FFE for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

$1MM+ gross income residential and commercial electrical contractor firm for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

$800k+ NET INCOME commercial & military ship maintenance company for sale, submit the NDA HERE————>

We also have an irrigation business in Arizona coming up soon, also a paving/snow removal business in New England coming online in the next week or two. Email me if either of those are interesting so we can add you to our buyer list for it!!! :)

Or check out one of our other 115+ active engagements across all SIC codes / geographies / valuations! You can also bookmark our website, to check in on future deals anytime.

I was hoping to reach someone on the board. I am the founder of a design practice, Chiaroscura, based in Jersey City and also a mum to a 3-year old. I have been in touch with the city to propose ideas for micro play-scapes that can be used to invite the curiosity of little children and double as communal spaces. On hearing the issues between the PS 16 playground, I felt I should reach out to understand if there was any possibility to engage in a discussion with the Paulus Hook Board. I understand that that Diane also has a background in architecture and I was hoping there be an opportunity to dialogue further.

Just wanted to ask if you would be interested in getting external help with graphic design? We do all design work like banners, advertisements, photo edits, logos, flyers, etc. for a fixed monthly fee.

We don’t charge for each task. What kind of work do you need on a regular basis? Let me know and I’ll share my portfolio with you.
