Join us for our annual Halloween Parade for children and pets at Grand and Washington Streets.  Registration for the pet parade begins at 12pm (parade at 12:30pm), and registration for the children's parade begins at 1pm (parade at 1:45pm).  Entrants will compete for best costume and prizes!  Featuring Councilwoman Candice Osborne as the judge.
